Cassie Clarke
FOUNDER / INSTRUCTOR
Meet Cassie, the founder of Sunny Space Studio! She earned her Pilates certification in Australia through the Australian Institute of Physiotherapy and Pilates. Her favourite part of the job is witnessing the incredible progress and transformation of our members. Nothing excites her more than seeing someone choose a heavier weight, hold a challenging position longer, or advance to a more difficult class.

Henry Gill
MARKETING DIRECTOR / FRONT DESK
Henry was born in Australia and moved to Canada in 2022. He graduated from Flinders University with a law and marketing degree. Hen has been instrumental in growing Sunny Space into what it is today. His knowledge in marketing and creative direction has allowed us to establish a strong brand presence and loyal following. If you know Hen, you'll know that he loves a good chat and game of pickleball.

Megan Rowe
INSTRUCTOR
Megan’s journey began as a professional dancer, where performing thousands of kicks led her to seek movement that nourished her body and soul. Megan is a Stott Pilates instructor & Prenatal/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Through her nurturing and empowering coaching style, she will help you cultivate strength, resilience, and joy in your pursuit of a active and fulfilling life.

Liv McCorkindale
INSTRUCTOR
Liv is a Pilates instructor and online fitness + nutrition coach from Queenstown, New Zealand. She received her Pilates certification through Breathe Education. With a background as a PT, and love for training glutes, her style is based around building strength and muscle in a controlled yet humbling environment: you will burn, you may cry, but don’t worry, her stellar choice of music will get you by!

Rhiana Nelson
INSTRUCTOR
Rhiana evokes a spiritual practice in her Pilates sessions. With a background in body rehabilitation and a passion for invigorating both the body and mind through movement, she aims to find a balance between restoration and awakening. Expect balance, breath, challenge, and a strong focus on the mind-body connection.

Mikaela Guemos
FRONT DESK / FUTURE INSTRUCTOR
Mik’s love for movement and endurance sports has translated into a passion for building strength, flexibility, and body awareness through Pilates. Drawn to Pilates for its precision and technique, Mik found it ideal for building strength for running and cycling. Currently undergoing her Pilates training through Breathe Education, you'll find her cruising around the studio, learning, growing and training alongside our members.

Saxon Belanger
FRONT DESK / FUTURE INSTRUCTOR
For Saxon, sports and fitness have always been a big part of his life. He recently found Pilates which has brought a new excitement to his fitness journey. Coming from a Crossfit background, he has used Pilates to further his progression in the sport, which has also given him a new outlook on the benefits of Pilates for people at any stage in life. He’s most excited about being a part of our incredible Space and getting to know all the amazing people who come through our doors!
