Things you should know

  • Cancellation Policy

    Individual classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 8 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $15 fee and/or loss of class credit.

  • Running Late

    We understand that life can get hectic, and you may run behind schedule. If you're running late, please call to let us know you're on your way. However, to ensure the smooth running of the class, we won't admit participants who are more than 5 minutes late. After 5 minutes, empty reformers will be given to waitlisted friends in the studio or walk-ins.

  • First-timers

    Arrive 10-minutes early to meet your instructor and get an overview of the reformer. For your safety and to avoid disruption of the class, we do not allow first-timers into class late. Our instructors will guide you through the session and provide various options. You are encouraged to make movement choices that suit you best. We recommend trying our ‘Sunny Original’ class first.

  • Getting In

    Our building welcomes the public from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. If you're attending a class outside of these hours, simply dial #201 on the directory for access into the building. Upon entering the elevator, select level 2; we're the first door on the right as you exit.

  • Parking

    There is convenient 2-hour parking available along Ambrosi Road. Please avoid parking in front of M&M Meats, as that area is now restricted. We recommend giving yourself ample time to find a parking spot and enjoy a short walk to the studio. Please remember not to park in reserved spots, as we won't be held responsible if your vehicle is towed.

  • Waitlists

    If a class you want is full, you can be added to the waitlist. When you move into a class from the waitlist, you’ll receive an email or text notification. Please opt-in to these notifications to stay informed. You can join a class from the waitlist up to 2 hours before it starts. The 8-hour cancellation policy applies to waitlisted spots as well. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your waitlist spot to allow someone else to move into the class.

  • Grip Socks

    We highly recommend wearing grip socks for all classes. If you don't own a pair, we kindly ask that you go barefoot. Grip socks are available in-studio for purchase. Please note that non-grip socks are not permitted in class. Rest assured, our reformers are sanitized after each use, and we perform a thorough cleaning twice daily to ensure clean reformer for every participant.

  • Students

    Full-time students are eligible for a 10% discount on all Packs and Memberships. Please email info@sunnyspacestudio.ca with proof to get moving! Discount is not eligible on the intro offer or drop-ins.

  • Injuries

    If you have an injury, please inform your instructor at the beginning of class so they can provide appropriate modifications and guidance. If you are recovering from a serious injury, ensure you have clearance from your physician before participating in any classes.

  • Booking Classes

    To book classes, head to our ‘book’ page and click the class you want to book. You will be prompted to create a MINDBODY account or login if you already have one. Once logged in, you will need to purchase a single class or class pack to book any classes. You can manage your bookings under 'My Schedule' where you can also cancel or reschedule as needed. Ensure your payment details are up to date and opt-in for reminders.

  • Phone Policy

    We’re proud of our studio, and encourage you to take photos before and after class. However, we kindly request that all phones be put away once class begins and remain unused during class time.

  • Pregnancy

    If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you feel well enough to exercise, you can join most of the classes on our schedule. However, we recommend avoiding advanced and high-intensity classes such as ‘SWEAT’ and ‘SUNNY INTERMEDIATE’. Our knowledgeable instructors are here to assist and guide you throughout the class, ensuring you feel safe in our space.   • Membership Cancellation

    Unlimited memberships have a minimum 3-month commitment. After 3 months, you can cancel at any time with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid a charge. Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Memberships Holds

    Unlimited memberships can be put on hold 6-months a year. Please give us 14 days’ notice for all holds.

  • Return & Refund Policy

    Refunds are issued at the discretion of Sunny Space Studio Ltd. and are typically processed within 30 days of the request. Refunds are not given for sale purchases. Requests for refunds can be made by contacting us directly at info@sunnyspacestudio.ca
