Q: When is the transition from Mindbody to Mariana Tek happening?
A: The transition will take place on April 15, 2025. On this day, we won’t have access to our booking system, and the studio will be closed.

Q: Will my data be affected during the migration?
A: Your visit history and account details will carry over, but purchase history will not. If you’ve recently updated or added your credit card information in the weeks leading up to the migration, you may need to re-enter it in the new system. Expired Credit cards will not migrate over, so to ensure a smooth transition, be sure to update your credit card before April 15, 2025.
If you need access to your purchase history, please contact us before April 10, 2025.

Q: Do I need to be opted in to marketing emails to receive instructions?
Yes. If you are not already opted into marketing emails, please do so before April 14, 2025 to avoid booking disruptions.

Q: Will I need to sign a new liability waiver?
A: Yes. All guests will be required to sign a new waiver, which will be sent on April 15th or 16. Please keep an eye out for this in your emails (check your junk!). If you are not opted in to marketing emails, you will need to do this in order to receive the new liability waiver.

Q: What does the switch from MindBody to Mariana Tek mean for me?
A: We're making this transition to provide a smoother, more user-friendly experience for our guests.
Starting April 15, 2025 we will no longer be available on the MindBody app. Instead, all reservations will need to be made through our brand-new Sunny Space Studio app. Details on how to download it will be emailed on April 15th or 16, 2025 (check your junk!).
This upgrade will enhance your booking experience—you’ll be able to book classes, reserve spots for friends and track your milestones on the home page.
Please note that there will be a brief pause in our booking services on April 15, 2025. On this day, the studio will be closed as we will not have access to any booking platforms. We will resume our regular schedule on April 16, 2025 at 6 AM.

Q: When is the last day I can book classes through the MindBody app?
A: Starting April 15, 2025 we will no longer be available on the Mindbody app. If you’d like to book classes for April 16–29, 2025, please do so before April 15.
Any bookings made for April 16–29, 2025 on MindBody will automatically transfer to the new Sunny Space app. You’ll also be able to book directly through the Sunny Space app starting April 16. 2025. Before booking classes, you will need to create a new account. Details on how to do this will be sent on April 15 or 16 2025.

Q: If I am waitlisted for classes between April 16-29, 2025, will they be moved over to the new booking system?
A: No. Any waitlisted spots from April 16-29 will not be moved over to the new app. You will need to re-add yourself once we are live on the new booking platform from April 16, 2025.

Q: What if I need to make a schedule change on April 15?
A: Schedule changes will be unavailable online on April 15, 2025. Any changes will need to be sent directly to info@sunnyspacestudio.ca. We recommend making schedule changes for April 16 prior to April 15.
On April 16, you will be able to manage your bookings through the new Sunny Space Studio app.

Q: When can I book classes after April 29, 2025?
A: Bookings for dates after April 29, 2025 will not be available until the transition is complete and the new app is fully operational on April 16th, 2025.

Q: I use Mariana Tek at another fitness studio. Can I use that account for Sunny Space?
A: No. You will need to create a separate account for Sunny Space. Account creation link coming on April 15 or 16.

Q: Will there be an app I can use to book classes?
A: Yes! We have built an exceptional mobile experience for you, available on both Apple and Android devices. Download links will be sent via email on April 15 or 16, 2025.

Q: Will the booking window change on the new app?
A: Yes. Once we are on the new booking platform, our booking window will change to 30 days for everyone.

Q: Will the billing date of my membership change?
A: No. Your membership billing date will stay the same.

Q: What will happen to my class pack if I haven't activated it yet?
A: All unused class packs will be transferred over to the new app, unless your pack has expired.

Q: What if I don't want to download the new app?
Q: You will still be able to book classes through our website, but for the best user experience, we do recommend downloading the new app when it goes live!

Q: Is there anything I need to do besides reset my password, download the new app and sign the liability waiver?
A: Nope! That’s all! There is no need to stress. Just keep an eye out for our email to make sure you know when you’re able to reset your password, download the app and sign the new liability waiver. We are always here to help if you need it :)
