Expect cardio bursts paired with heavy, dynamic movements that engage multiple muscle groups made to increase your heart rate. This class is designed to boost cardiovascular endurance, build muscular strength, and support bone density. Not recommended for begginers or those who are pregnant.

You can expect increased resistance, heavier weights and longer holds. We emphasize time under tension to push you to (or near) muscle failure, delivering a challenging yet rewarding workout. Beginner and intermediate options are offered which makes it ideal for all levels.

TLC

Tender loving care for that body of yours that gets you where you need to go. Enjoy deep stretching, intentional breathing, and relaxation for the ultimate reset. This class focuses on releasing tension, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. Ideal for all levels.

This 40-minute ab burner is perfect for those on a tight schedule. Exactly as it sounds, expect a series of targeted exercises designed to challenge and strengthen your core. This class finishes with an optional 5-minute cool down. Ideal for all levels.

This 40-minute glute burner is perfect for those on a tight schedule. Exactly as it sounds, expect a series of targeted exercises designed to challenge and strengthen your glutes. This class finishes with an optional 5-minute cool down. Ideal for all levels.

A Pilates experience designed to challenge you at every twist and bend. Expect challenging movements that require total body awareness, balance and control. Ideal for those who are experienced in Pilates and are comfortable on the reformer.
