That’s why we are committed to equipping you with tools to best cope, especially as the cooler, darker days of winter approach. Understanding the connection between your thoughts and feelings can help you to feel more hopeful and motivated during this time.
Join us for a 60-minute session and workshop led by our beloved member and registered clinical counsellor, Rachel Jones-McKinley. She’ll provide valuable insights and strategies as we head into the winter months. This will be followed by a 50-minute candlelight restoritive Pilates class, where you can take what you've learned and put it into practice.
